Boot Camps:
Our boot camps are designed for every fitness level. They run five days a week, for three week periods. We’ve designed them to appeal to everyone, in that you’re challenging yourself to achieve a new personal best on a regular basis. As the entire body is in motion, you are burning a large amount of calories, as well as shaping and toning every muscle to give it shape. No two days during the three weeks are the same, and it is taught by members of our personal training staff. It is the most efficient way of getting in shape.
